We started by building spec homes and quickly developed a reputation for quality layouts, strong finishes, and intentional design decisions. As clients began asking for a more personalized experience, we evolved into a design-forward construction model focused on guided custom homes and major renovations. How does your build process actually work?
We organize every project into clear phases — pre-construction, foundation, framing, mechanicals, finishes, and walkthrough. Before each phase you get a written summary of what's happening, what's needed from you, and what to expect next. No phase begins without confirmation from your side.
What does a typical timeline look like?
A guided custom home generally runs eight to twelve months from groundbreaking, depending on scope and selections. Major renovations vary more — we give you a real estimate after the feasibility walkthrough, not a quick number on day one.
Do you handle permits and engineering coordination?
Yes. Permitting, engineering coordination, inspections, and HOA documentation are all run through our office. You don't have to chase paperwork or sit on hold with the city.
Can I customize finishes, or are selections fixed?
Custom homes are fully tailored — finishes, fixtures, layouts, and material choices are made together with our design team. For renovations, we work with your existing palette and bring options that fit the home you already own.
Do you partner with realtors and lenders?
Yes. We work alongside RGV realtors on referral builds and listing prep, and we maintain a clean separation between construction and any financing conversations to avoid conflicts with external builder relationships.
